Admit Question for realistic parent

Everyone else can move along:

Children are:
A. Precious little miracles who must be nurtured at all times.
B. Adorable little people in training who must be encouraged to be themselves at all times.
C. Individuals who must be taught how to fit into society until they are old enough to make their own choices.
D. Howling little barbarians who need to be trained to be human.

Can I take a smidge of A, B, C, and D? My little guy is a howling barbarian who needs to be trained to be a human. He is also a precious little miracle who needs nurturing (which will with some luck teach him to be human). The other one is a little person in training, we've finally gotten past the howling barbarian stage. :)

D.- Until they are trained. Then they may move into the 'C' category. If we are lucky.
